Social­Tech is a glob­al IT com­pa­ny in the indus­try of Social Dis­cov­ery. We are devel­op­ing our own prod­ucts used by mil­lions of users world­wide. Social­Tech is one of the mar­ket lead­ers, enjoy­ing triple-dig­it growth for all major KPIs.

Now we are in search of an Account Man­ag­er.

Key responsibilities:

  • to devel­op long-term rela­tion­ships with part­ners to increase their loy­al­ty to the project;
  • to pro­vide busi­ness con­sult­ing and help part­ners to build/optimize inter­nal process­es;
  • work close­ly with the ana­lyt­ics and prod­uct teams to imple­ment the solu­tions need­ed to achieve the region objec­tives;
  • to pre­pare rec­om­men­da­tions for project per­for­mance improve­ment in response to the partner’s feed­back.

Skills, experience and personal attributes:

  • 2+ years of expe­ri­ence in account man­age­ment, part­ner­ship, busi­ness devel­op­ment or relat­ed field;
  • project man­age­ment expe­ri­ence and abil­i­ty to com­plete com­plex turnkey tasks;
  • strong ana­lyt­i­cal think­ing and a high lev­el of numer­a­cy skills;
  • excel­lent com­mu­ni­ca­tion, liai­son and inter­per­son­al skills to work effec­tive­ly with peo­ple at all lev­els;
  • effec­tive time man­age­ment, abil­i­ty to plan, pri­or­i­tize work and meet tight dead­lines;
  • abil­i­ty to work autonomous­ly and take respon­si­bil­i­ty for deci­sions;
  • at least upper-inter­me­di­ate lev­el of Eng­lish.
