OLSOM is look­ing for a self-dri­ven and social­ly-intel­li­gent pro­fes­sion­al with a clear view of the project and a cer­tain vision of advan­tages of the team. The main trait of a per­fect can­di­date is deep under­stand­ing strengths of your crew and being able to apply them cor­rect­ly to achieve the goals. You will be account­able for pro­vid­ing guid­ance, super­vis­ing, mon­i­tor­ing, and cre­at­ing a cohe­sive team that is eager to work and cre­ate togeth­er. We are look­ing for tech­nol­o­gy experts who want to make an impact on the project devel­op­ment by apply­ing best prac­tices and tak­ing own­er­ship.

Requirements:

  • Deep under­stand­ing of Agile method­olo­gies
  • Sol­id under­stand­ing of engi­neer­ing prac­tices
  • Expe­ri­ence of Team Lead­ing or Project Man­ag­ing with Agile method­olo­gies
  • Proven expe­ri­ence in col­lect­ing and writ­ing Tech­ni­cal & Busi­ness Require­ments
  • Expe­ri­ence in writ­ing user sto­ries, groom­ing back­logs, and coordinating/prioritizing con­flict­ing require­ments
  • Expe­ri­ence in work­ing with Azure DevOps, Share­Point
  • Proac­tive­ness, and high com­mu­ni­ca­tion and nego­ti­a­tion skills
  • High­ly devel­oped prob­lem-solv­ing, ana­lyt­i­cal think­ing skills
  • Basic knowl­edge of HTML, CSS, JS, TS, SQL, C#

Will be a plus

  • Com­plet­ed cer­ti­fi­ca­tions
  • Work expe­ri­ence in prod­uct com­pa­nies
  • 2+ years of rel­e­vant lead­er­ship expe­ri­ence

Responsibilities

  • Lead­ing the team to deliv­er a prod­uct
  • Set­ting and com­mu­ni­cat­ing the prod­uct vision to the team
  • Clear­ly iden­ti­fy­ing and describ­ing prod­uct back­log items to build a shared under­stand­ing of solu­tion with the devel­op­ment team
  • Build­ing a shared under­stand­ing of a solu­tion with the devel­op­ment team by clear­ly iden­ti­fy­ing and describ­ing prod­uct back­log items
  • Col­lect­ing, stor­ing, and keep­ing up-to-date prod­uct require­ments and doc­u­men­ta­tion
  • Con­tribut­ing to estab­lish, enforce, and improve the inter­nal poli­cies and pro­ce­dures for con­stant improve­ment of oper­a­tional effec­tive­ness.
  • Opti­miz­ing and stream­lin­ing devel­op­ment process­es
    Intro­duc­ing new prac­tices to improve the team effi­cien­cy
