The image(s) may be used worldwide for use on this story and in relation to the original reporting on a royalty free basis on the products and services offered by Bloomberg L.P. and its affiliated companies (together, “Bloomberg”) in perpetuity and on all platforms on which Bloomberg-branded content may appear (e.g., online, print, broadcast), including but not limited to the Bloomberg Professional Service, Bloomberg.com, Bloomberg print publications and Bloomberg TV.

By providing Bloomberg with the image(s), you hereby represent that you have or have obtained the right to provide the image(s) to third parties such as Bloomberg, including any photographs, artwork and/or other copyrightable media displayed within the image(s). You further represent that you will indemnify and hold Bloomberg harmless with regard to any intellectual property claims asserted against Bloomberg for its use of the image(s) consistent with the grant of rights set forth herein.
