Required skills
- At least 4 years of working experience in C++ (11/14/17)
- C++ code developing and debugging (unit & regression testing) skills
- Object Oriented analysis and design using common design patterns.
- Spoken English Intermediate level and above.
As a plus
- Experience with speech related technologies
- Experience with AI and NLP technologies
- Ability to develop software in Java or other programming languages
- Proficiency in software engineering tools
- Experience with test-driven development
- Experience with web services and streaming protocols
- Experience with code development in Linux environment (Red Hat / CentOS, Ubuntu)
- Experience with scripting languages: Bash, Python
Responsibilities
- Designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for mission-critical systems geared for high-availability and performance
- Contribute in all phases of the development lifecycle producing well designed, testable and efficient code
- Prepare and produce releases of software components
- Support continuous improvement by investigating alternatives and technologies and presenting these for architectural review
- Produce specifications and determine operational feasibility
- Integrate software components into a fully functional software system
- Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing systems
